Can I have something custom-made?
We specialise in custom-made pieces and have done so for over 35 years. Whether you have your own design that you want to bring to life, or you would like something from our range, but a little different, we can help you. Can I order a ring in my size?
For an additional charge you can request the item in your size by  adding the custom size option to your cart here and leaving your size in the special instructions at checkout.
What Are Lab Grown Diamonds?
Lab Grown diamonds, also known as Lab Created diamonds, Cultured diamonds or man-made diamonds, are diamonds that are grown in a laboratory and mimic the way that natural diamonds are formed below the earth’s surface.

Lab Grown diamonds are real diamonds. They have the same crystal structure as earth mined diamonds and are optically, chemically and physically identical to earth mined diamonds.   
The price of our Lab Grown diamonds are between 50-70% cheaper than earth mined diamonds.

How will my online order be delivered?
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post or Toll. We offer free delivery on orders. Please note all deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Please advise our team at the time of purchase if you need your order before a specific date. Unfortunately, at this stage we do not ship internationally.
How long does it take to process my order?
Once an online order has been made and payment received, you will receive a confirmation email. Another email will be sent once your order has been despatched with tracking details. All orders are subject to availability and delivery conditions. In-stock items will be despatched within three business days and custom-made pieces are delivered within four weeks, unless otherwise advised. If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to assist you.
Can I exchange my order?
Please understand we do not offer refunds for change of mind and due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on earrings. Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your delivery and must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending if you wish to exchange an item. The purchaser will be responsible for any shipping or handling fees of the returned item.
How do I care for my jewellery?
To maintain and extend the life of your jewellery, avoid contact with any form of moisture, cleaning chemicals, beauty products, hair sprays and perfumes and try to store in a  dry environment such as a jewellery box or pouch.
